I used Smooch to paint the butterfly bodies, Sunflower Sparkle Perfect pearl Mist on the cs, and Icicle Glimmer Glaze to paint the flowers.

4=50

I managed to do 4 layouts yesterday for a total of 50 so far this year. The past 2 years I had a goal to do 365 projects or an average of 1 per day. In 2009 I managed 211 with feeling like crud all summer and then spending September to December in and out of the hospital. In 2010 with the hospitalizations I still managed 282 (I counted cards, minis, etc not just layouts that year). Home Frame

This was the 2nd of the shadowbox frames that I picked up at a LSS garage sale and crackle painted.(I actually got the 2 shadow box parts and 2 frames that can fit on the fronts of these(no glass) and an extra back for $4. I used the other frames and the back for previous projects, can't beat $4 for 5 things.)

I traced the house from a mini album onto some slightly thinner chipboard I had laying around as well as tracing the tree onto it(tree is from Magistical memories. The raspberry paper and green flower paper is BoBunny, the cardstock is Coredinations, the home stickers came from Michael's dollar bin and the "Home is where you hang your memories" sticker is 7 gypsies.

Yes, a whole 7 projects so far this year. The card is done with 7 gypsies paper(stripe) and Tim Holtz ticket die, and 100th stamp collection. The layouts use Target paper and stickers. Also the costume one has bobunny double dot paper and they also have doodlebug border stickers. Both layuts are from page maps sketches from their website.

Crafty Chick

I made this sign to hang in my scrap room. It is a back piece to a shadowbox fame thing I am guessing. At one of the LSS garage sales awhile back there were a pair of shadowbox frames for sale for $2 each. I thought it was a pretty good deal as the front frame part(they were both missing the glass) could be used separately from the shadowbox part. So for $4 I could make 4 things. After I got them home I realized stuck in one was what appeared to be the back piece of a 3rd one. I saved it thinking I could do something with it eventually. So I painted all the pieces black and then used the crackle glaze and then painted them ivory.

Rock On

#210 "Rock On" I did this one for the Scrapbook.com Monochrome challenge. Week 3 is the color blue and the twists are to use a rub on for the title and to use a picture with no people or animals. Pages Maps blog contest

#204 "It was a blast" I did this one for the page maps blog contest. The chipboard pictured with the sketch is the prize. The colored squares at the bottom are the color scheme we are supposed to use. The papers are Bo Bunny double dot(the yellow dot and the yellow ticket is the back, the blue ticket is the back of the frost dd), the journaling, the orange ticket, and the first banner flag are making Memories just chillin. The others are from Joann's $1 stuff. I used the fastenator bars since my stapler won't reach far enough. The pearls on the banner are Kaiserhraft. I used Tim holtz ticket strip die and one of his stamps for the tickets. The tiny alpha is Cosmo Cricket and the bigger letters are Doodlebug.

Scrap Time

#201 Made this Heidi Swapp clock for my Scrap Room . After an extremely long wait for the overlay I finally got it all put together. Paper is BoBunny, letters are red vinyl sprinkles thickers, Red flowers and bling are Kaiserkraft. Green flowers are prima.

Inspirational Card Sketch #72

#195 "Lillie" I decided to use the ICS #72 sketch to do a 8x8 layout instead of a card. Cardstock is CTMH Colonial White. PP is all bobunny, Frost Double Dot and the Sophie line. Letter stickers are My Little Shoebox Blush Tiny alpha. Butterflies are Heidi Swapp Felt. I used pink raspberry liquid pearls on them. I distressed with Walnut Stain Distress ink.
